For more than a decade, I've helped leaders, trainers, and everyday difference makers unlock their greatest competitive advantage: emotional intelligence.

In 2022, I launched the EQ Project, a course for coaches, trainers, and facilitators looking to add emotional intelligence and assessments to their portfolio of services.

By blending the science of personality (DISC) with the power of EQ, I help professionals not only understand how people behave, but also why they respond the way they do.
